How does the design process work?
- 1Tell us what you need
Send the label size, material, quantity and the information to appear on the label (logo, text, barcode) via the quote request form or WhatsApp.
- 2Draft
Our graphic team prepares the design and sends it to you as a digital proof.
- 3Revisions and approval
The changes you request are made; nothing goes to print without your approval.
- 4Printing
The approved design is printed, cut and wound at our facility in Pendik.
Print-ready file requirements
If your design is ready, a file that meets these requirements gives the fastest, trouble-free result:
- Vector files are preferred: AI, PDF, EPS or SVG.
- Images must be at least 300 dpi at print size.
- The color mode must be CMYK; specify the Pantone codes for your corporate colors.
- Convert text to outlines or embed the fonts in the file.
- Supply the cut line on a separate layer; extend the background 3 mm beyond the cut line.
- Keep important text and the barcode at least 2 mm inside the cut line.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for label design?
Design support is free for barcode and product labels printed by Yayex; our graphic team creates the design or adapts your existing file for print.
Which file formats do you accept?
Vector AI, PDF, EPS and SVG files give the best results. If you send a JPG or PNG, the image must be at least 300 dpi at print size; if you only have your logo in low resolution, talk to our team.
Do you create the barcode number?
Product barcode (EAN-13 / GTIN) numbers are assigned to the brand owner by the GS1 member organization of their country (GS1 Türkiye in Türkiye). You provide the number; we place the barcode on the label at a scannable size, preserving the clear space around it.
Do you check my finished design?
Yes. We check the file you send for size, resolution, color mode and bleed before printing, and if there is a problem, we let you know before it goes to print.
Do you go to print before I approve the design?
No. Every design is sent to you as a digital proof before printing; production starts only after your approval.
