Oval Labels
The oval cut is often chosen by olive oil, wine, honey, jam, soap and personal care producers who want to present a long brand or product name with a softer line than a rectangle. Horizontal or vertical orientation and the aspect ratio of the label are determined by the visible area of the surface it will be applied to.
On cylindrical bottles, flexible PP film and a suitable adhesive are recommended so the label sits smoothly on the curve; transparent or metallized faces can also be used on glass and plastic packaging.
