Types of printed labels we produce
We work with you to choose the face material, adhesive and cut that suit your application.
Flexo and digital printing
We use flexo for long, multi-color runs and digital printing for short runs and variable data; short runs carry no plate costs.
Materials and durability
Coated paper, white opaque PP, clear PP, metallized and kraft face stocks; film materials for environments exposed to moisture, oil and abrasion.
Varnish, lamination and hot foil
Varnish or lamination to protect the print; hot foil stamping and embossing for visual impact on brand labels.
Custom die-cutting and variable data
Die-cutting for round, oval and product-specific shapes; variable data such as serial numbers, QR codes and barcodes that change on every label.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to send to get a quote for printed labels?
Just send us the label size, quantity, the material you want and your artwork file if you have one. If you are not sure about the material, describe how the label will be used and we will recommend a suitable one.
Do you print labels in small quantities?
Yes. We use digital printing for short runs; it involves no plate costs and allows variable data to be printed.
What file format should I send my artwork in?
Vector PDF, AI or EPS files are preferred; high-resolution images can also be used. If you do not have artwork yet, just tell us what you need.
Are printed labels supplied on rolls or on sheets?
Both are possible. Labels applied by machine or label printer can be produced on rolls, and small batches applied by hand on sheets; for rolls, you specify the core diameter and winding direction.
