The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises remain valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a limited period, however, remain valid until the end of the stated period.
4. General Provisions
- The Buyer accepts and declares that the Buyer has read and is informed of all the preliminary information concerning the basic characteristics, sales price and method of payment of the product that is the subject of the order and concerning delivery, and that the Buyer has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
- The product subject to the Agreement is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer through a shipping company, provided that the statutory period of 30 days is not exceeded.
- Unless otherwise stated, the delivery costs of the product are borne by the Buyer; if shipping is stated as free of charge in the order summary, the delivery cost is covered by the Seller.
- If, after the delivery of the product, the Buyer's credit card is wrongfully used by unauthorised persons in a manner not attributable to the Buyer's fault, the relevant banking legislation applies.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery of the product subject to the contract to the Buyer or to the person at the address indicated by the Buyer, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the Seller within this period via the contact channels above.
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Products prepared in accordance with the Buyer's wishes or clearly in accordance with the Buyer's personal needs, manufactured specifically for the person/business (including labels with custom printing/dimensions/design).
- Products whose protective elements, such as packaging, tape or seal, have been opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable from a health/hygiene perspective.
For detailed return and delivery conditions, you may review our Returns and Delivery Agreement page.
6. Product Integrity, Return Inspection and Duty to Notify
- At the moment of taking delivery of the product, the Buyer is obliged to check the external appearance of the package, the intactness of the numbered security tape/seal, if any, and the product quantity. Damaged/opened packages must be received with a report drawn up by the courier employee.
- The returned product must be the very product sent by the Seller; the batch (lot)/serial number on the product/packaging must match the Seller's shipment records, and the product must be complete, unused and in its original packaging. Products whose contents have been altered or reduced, or which have been substituted with another product, are not accepted within the scope of returns/defects.
- When the returned package reaches the Seller, it is opened and inspected under camera/video recording. The Seller's pre-shipment records and the return inspection records are accepted by the parties as evidence with respect to the characteristics and identity of the product (an agreement on proof within the meaning of Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure (HMK)).
- Where the Buyer is a merchant/business, pursuant to Article 23/c of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 (TTK), apparent defects must be notified to the Seller within two days of delivery, and hidden defects immediately once they come to light; otherwise, the product is deemed to have been accepted as free of defects. For detailed conditions, the provisions on the Returns and Delivery Agreement page form an integral part of this Agreement.
7. Competent Court and Dispute Resolution
In the implementation of this Agreement, up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are competent. By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that the Buyer has read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
