Frequently asked questions
Should I choose eco thermal or laminated thermal for shipping labels?
Eco thermal is usually sufficient for shipments delivered within a few days. If the label will be exposed to abrasion, moisture or long-term storage, laminated thermal is more durable.
Which shipping label sizes are most common?
100 × 100 mm and 100 × 150 mm are common for shipping labels; smaller sizes are preferred for shelf and product barcodes. Just tell us the size you use.
When do I need thermal transfer and a ribbon?
If the label must stay readable for months or withstand heat or chemicals, thermal transfer labels with a suitable ribbon are recommended.
Can I place regular high-volume orders?
