Who prints the DataMatrix code — you or us?
We print the fixed content (logo, text); information that changes on every unit, such as serial numbers and DataMatrix codes, is usually printed by the thermal transfer printer on your line. We choose the label and ribbon accordingly.
What is the difference between VOID and hologram labels?
A VOID label leaves a mark on the surface when removed and shows that the pack was opened; a hologram label shows that the product is genuine. The two can also be used together.
Do you produce labels for small bottles?
Yes. Send us the bottle diameter and label size, and we'll recommend a material that won't lift on a narrow surface.
Do you provide regulatory compliance documents?
Specify the documents you need in your quote request; we'll confirm in the quote which documents can be provided for which material.
